Privacy Policy

§.1 General Provisions

  1. The data controller is WARSAWBUSTRAVEL.PL SP. Z O. O. with its registered office at ul. Paprotki 6, 05-830 Rusiec, NIP: 534-250-29-02, REGON: 361013201. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and they are stored on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description) is used.
  3. The term "User" has been replaced by the term "You" and "Controller" by "We". The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect your right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, we use, among other things, secure communication encryption protocols (SSL).
  5. Personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

  1. WARSAWBUSTRAVEL.PL SP. Z O. O. with its registered office at ul. Paprotki 6, 05-830 Rusiec, NIP: 534-250-29-02, REGON: 361013201, is the controller of its customer data. This means that if you fill out the contact form on our website, we process your data, such as: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, IP address, and other standard data provided by you, for contact purposes and to inform you about WARSAWBUSTRAVEL.PL SP. Z O. O.'s offers.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter.
  3. Personal data are processed:
    1. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, amend or terminate it and properly implement the Services provided electronically,
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfil legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if you have subscribed to the newsletter.
  4. Every data subject (if we are the controller) has the right to access data, rectify, erase or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  5. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court, archiving medical records or if national, EU or international law obliges us to retain data.
  6. The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User's personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  7. Personal data may be deleted as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  8. The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under applicable law.
  9. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption, and access control, thus minimizing the effects of a possible data security breach.
  10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.
  11. Personal data such as email address, phone number, name, and surname are collected only where the user has expressly consented to this by completing a form. We retain and use this data only for the purposes necessary to perform a given function.
